I disagree. Yes Don Mills Road is busy in this area but unlike many other suburban streets the sidewalks in this stretch are grade separated and safely protected. As a pedestrian I feel very comfortable here.

I can’t wait for this place to open. This has been in some form of planning since the redevelopment at the Shops at Don Mills began. Almost 2 decades!
 
I hope they have rethought the mixed change rooms which will exclude many women in that area from the facilities…
