I wouldn’t mark it as so, the first tower has been completed for a bit now minus the inside, but they’ve definitely made progress and the inside as of now looks nearly complete. But there’s still a whole other tower that needs building, and they’ve had years to start it but haven’t so I’m honestly not sure when and if they’ll start it.

they gave the keys in march and got big cheques for occupency , but only inside of the units are ready and a lots of things about the outside of the units are remain unfinish! not fair at all.
so in this behaviours making the investors unhappy, I don't think they can attract new investors for second building if they make decision to start it.

yes it is fully occupied but still they have so much works to do, they just rushed to get big cheques from purchasers for unfinished building.
 
This one project will catapult Barrie to one of the fastest growing downtowns in the next census.
 
Is Orchard West a new builder? I see their website and they got atleast 8 proposed projects but only this one in construction. Does anyone know?
