Question for the group here, above, I see in the 4-part windows, one panel in mot appears to be opaque/spandrel.
But scrolling up, they were all clear glass initially. What's that about?

I'm open to giving Marlin Spring and G+C their flowers when deserve it like with their Thirty Six Zorra (Altree being a MS offshoot) and House of Assembly projects. Unfortunately for this one, I still find it to be one of their lesser inspired developments. The grade level retail and pedestrian experience is also rather dreadful.

Ok, maybe not good. But Not terrible? I honestly don't hate it, even if it has some issues.

Taken 6 September. I counted 3 large building being filled which is quite an increase. Now the bougie retail comes in!
