Yes November 2025. It normally takes about 4 months for them to open from the start of construction. The last grading shot from yesterday is the actual spot the warehouse will be built on. If that's okay for foundation work they can start there and work on leveling the parking areas, etc., afterwards.

I have a hard time believing that there is still a massive pile of fill on the site from the subdivision next door as well as there's one excavator and two rock trucks working over there tops but if more equipment starts arriving on site I will be the first to post pictures this area is going to be crawling with construction with this and phase two of the casino under way
Exciting little highway 26 zone forming here now. Good job by Wasaga Beach, council.

Thanks for the reply. That’s amazing. Costco is one of the last brands I trust can’t wait to come do some Christmas shopping here soon.

SoPad does look like it is near completion wondering if we will start to see more equipment arriving on our site who knows maybe they'll actually put a fence up 🤣🤣

I just drove by this morning and it looks like they are widening the road (Ramblewood) beside the Costco site – my guess is to create a dedicated turning lane into or out of the future parking lot. There are also some sewer pipes and components on site in addition to the land grading work. Didn't snap any photos, but I will next time I'm there. Looks like things are starting to move a little faster.

You'd think they'd find some way to have an access from Highway 26
There is a road (Lyons) that separates the property from Hwy 26. Even without that, it is unlikely they would be permitted access. Hwy 26 is divided at that location and it on a curve.

If/when they do highway 26 bypass of Stayner I wonder how it would look and if they could accommodate an entrance.
