new rendering has been updated in the database. The total unit count was reduced from 279 units to 278 units. Overall building height changed from 32.25m & 12.58m to 35.10m & 11.68m. Finally, total car parking was reduced from 253 parking to 217 parking.

I believe we knew most of what's in the article, based on the settlement terms I posted above. But the last paragraph contains something I didn't post:
I have no issue w/the bumpout, which will act as a traffic calmer; but in looking at the area street grid, I'm not entirely sure why anyone would imagine a large-scale of traffic infiltration from the parking area of this building to the south.
