Others may already know this, but I just heard that Bryan Bowen who posted here often and managed the Bathurst Quay project so well has moved to CreateTO. Thanks for all you did here @bowen and good luck with CreateTO.

The park part is 98% done (by the City) but the Canada Ireland Foundation are still working on the Corleck Building - this renovation/restoration seems to have been seen as a part of this thread - which makes sense.

Still hoping for the installation of lights to shine up the north face of the silos. Too bad @bowen is no longer on this project to see that through.

I was looking at the silo the other day and thought the roof would make for an amazing restaurant or event space. The views of the city, lake, and Billy Bishop....

same! Just such a wasted space with a great vantage point of the city. I thought there would be school? Also, I thought the actual silos could make for some amazing lighting.
