Thanks a lot for the report! It looks like it had decent attendance and Mike Colle is supportive. Hopefully, they will make it to the Market Offering!
 
Please approve this with no revisions or redesign. And replicate across the whole city x 100

Architecturally, it looks better than some buildings in Yorkville and on Queen's Quay. Are they really going to use curtain wall across the whole facade and that exquisite three-dimensional cladding in such tasteful colours?

I wish they'd come up with design plans that are more realistic for the budget they have or that they'd have enough of a budget to make what they propose happen.

The cynic in me says that the strategy is the same as what the private sector does. Make the proposal pretty to secure community buy in. Once approved, value engineer it without mercy to suit your budget.
