Demo permit has been submitted as of last week.

Didn't have a chance to take a pic; but the Legion is now surrounded by fast fence.

Equipment is onsite for demolition now.

No visible action in the last 3 weeks here, still the same equipment on site. There may be some interior work underway, but the lights still work.

These things happen, there's presumably something in the proposed plan that the City has questions about; that said, its less common to see delays with demolition permits that are otherwise in order.

Assorted building permits (drainage, shoring, foundation etc.) showing activity again as at January '25.

Curious.....I looked into the permits.
Drain/Site Service in place:
Still no shoring/foundation.
I'm not clear on how they are turning up that much mess for this one permit......... hmmm.
