I'm not getting the "this looks just like something from New York or Chicago" feeling yet. Something about the cladding quality just feels mediocre so far for this location and price points they're charging. Maybe it needs to come together with the east and west sides clad first. The slim profile is neat but otherwise it feels a bit lacking currently IMO.

All of the limestone is going on the east and west sides. The south side seems to have been designed with less expensive cladding in anticipation of eventual redevelopment of the site to the south , which will likely block its view anyways.
