I'd much prefer Queen didn't have trees. We need more wider sidewalks in this city.

no, no, no, 1000 times no!

The barren windswept nature of Toronto's main streets is one of the worst things about this city.

We need mature tree canopy on our main streets.

This should be what we aspire to on Queen, Dundas, College, Bloor, etc:

Sure, but look at how wide those sidewalks are to compensate, along with how old those trees must be.

I'm totally in favour of removing on-street parking and lanes on streets to accommodate wider sidewalks and planters, but in this instance i'm happy to go without. Sidewalks in this city might be windswept but they're also too narrow.

What I see the paved area is narrower than Queen Street in Toronto however, not enough to compensate for the street trees and much wider sidewalks than in Toronto. If I'm right, it needs to be considered that Toronto inner city avenues are awfully narrow to create balanced multi-modal traffic with greenery

It doesn't.

It should, but it doesn't.

The sidewalk along Queen, if one adds in the Pops is at least 6M wide. There's ample room. in that regard.

The overhang is unfortunate and diminishes streetscape opportunities.

Hi everyone — I purchased a unit at 88 Queen a while ago and want to ask other owners a quick question. Has anyone gotten "Evidence of Compliance" emails from the builder?

My broker needs an “Evidence of Compliance” to confirm my deposits went through, but I’ve never received that email (nor has a friend who owns a unit here as well).

They’re now asking for $100 + HST to re-issue it, but what would they be re-issuing if none of us got the first one? Any insight would be appreciated—thanks!
