It's absolutely refreshing to see a clean grid in the cityscape. It may not take up the whole building, or be a very large facade, but it's a clean break from glassy and spandrel facades chock with balconies.

Probably because it looks more like an office tower, and not some ugly green/blue rectangle box like so many other condos in the city.
