Junior 1 Bedroom: translates as one room, with high end pooping cove.
...more like a bachelor. Where your bedding gets to absorb whatever you've cooked around dinner time so you can smell it at night when you go to bed. >.<

Interesting concept...this is just reinforcing the principle that your bed is your home! Wanna have some late night take out pizza after work? Why bother with the dining table and plates, just eat in bed, then toss the box aside as you pass out!

What a lousy unit...bloody hell.

These people destroyed the chance for end users to buy a comfortable, livable unit.

Does anyone know the price per square foot this building sold for?

$1500/sqft to about $2300/sqft. Small units tend to be the higher end and larger units at the lower end as there are many costs which apply equally to both (appliances, counters/cabinets, hallway component, HVAC, plumbing, elevator, amenity space, etc.)

Is that a material staging platform hanging off the building? I know it's a tight site, don't think I have ever seen anything like that here?
This one may not be a staging platform, but we've had a good number of buildings that have had temporary staging platforms cantilevered over the sides of buildings over the years... it's not typical, but it's not that uncommon.
