Speaking of which, I think this project would far better received if the proposed tower would be cladded all in a shiny brass colour... <3

Since you came looking for updates, let me share that I have none, LOL

No sign of any movement on the ZBA, No Site Plan filed.

No indication of any appeal.

It's a pole to slide down easier than this proposed tower...

Is it just me, or that building rendering triggers some sort of phobia in me everytime?

Also, are they really doing facadism without a facade? Not that it is a problem, just confuses one's mind.

The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application to permit a 64-storey building at 699-707 Yonge Street, 1-17 Hayden Street & 8 Charles Street East.

The proposed development application is to permit a 64-storey mixed-use building, containing 514 dwelling units and 1,000 square metres of non-residential gross floor area and 35,131 square metres of residential gross floor area. The proposal includes heritage conservation on the site.

How curious................a 3 year long delay.........but no resubmission.........

I assume we're moving forward with a refusal report....... seems a long delay just to say yes to a 'dumpster fire'.
