Just to note that the cladding here is at a very snail's pace affair. So it's going to take a very long, long while before we see its completion...

I was just thinking the same thing.
Felt like this was flying along initially, and then totally slowed with cladding. Not sure if that is accurate or not, but feels like it from my thread visits.

I gotta feeling that the making, delivery and installing the cladding is both a difficult and delicate process here..more so than most other cladding.
