The big question is what colour they'll backpaint the glass, and/or tint them, so that the faux windaux don't look too obvious, too often,

...I would use alternating lighting system that would simulate people actually living there during the evening hours so as to not break the continuity of the tower. And if that's what they're going for here.

didn't realize from these photo how slender and skinny the towers portion were. I guess this is an attempt to replicate the "billionaire's row" but in Toronto instead of NYC

Waiting for someone to go above and beyond and incorporate actual glass and some lighting behind to fake things a little. Else it just turns into a big black mass at night.

That has potential to be a very cool art piece to simulate liveliness through night time lighting. A larger version of the tiff lightbox crown, add in moving shadows like it’s Home Alone 😂

I’m sure there’d be a lot of jokes about “ghost condos” in Toronto.
