@interchange42 @Paclo I noticed this project's database entry has been updated to a height of 164.58 metres (previously, it was 157.37 metres). Do you have any information on this?

Yes, 7 metres were added to the height... were any floors added? Additional units perhaps?

Before this project's database entry was updated, it was listed as being 157.37m and 48 storeys, so they changed the height but not the floor count.

The unit count also increased from 612 to 630 and the 49th floor contains habitable residential space for the penthouse suites.
