I've reviewed all the permits:
Mechanical and Plumbing are 'Issuance Pending' since Sept (awaiting the cheque).
Drain/Service, Foundation and New Building all prompted issues back in September. I believe these are what triggered the minor variance that has now been approved.
I would hope that any resubmissions have either been made or are imminent and we will see movement shortly. If not, we'll dispatch @HousingNowTO to give a hard time to Habitat or Buildings, whoever is holding things up./

I walked by today, and part of the fencing at the gate on Coxwell has fallen/blown down. Does anyone (@HousingNowTO @Northern Light etc) know who to contact?

No...its not there..........at least, I don't think it is..LOL, the site looks as per the most recent images above..........They're going to need tree removal permits if they wait much longer.........

Because when I checked the permits.............they've all had their status changed not to 'issued' but to 'inspection' implying its all built. LOL
