This is where I think like... where are the good nimbys? Like, I'm thankful for the density here and annoyed at the "shadow dwellers" who protested it, but nobody should live in or around anything this poorly designed (site plan, massing, and especially exterior finishings) and ugly. Why couldn't our system have been one where the OLT actually told the developer they would have been better off adding density to this still-underutilized site, but instructing a return the the drawing board with this awful deployment of density.

Was waiting for this one to get skinned to release its beauty.... Still waiting. However do think it will win Concrete Pour Quantity Per Cubic Foot Award hands down for Residential Construction.
