One thing I can tell you is the roads in Hamilton are brutal right now. Main street coming off the 403 was awful. This doesn't help the image.
Oh man, Main coming off the 403 is just the warm-up for your car's suspension. There are so many bits in the lower city that feel comparable to driving on the moon.

Using Stubbe's precast facades should be considered a crime against humanity. Why did the city approve this monstrosity..... jesus. We're now going to have to look at this garbage for the next 50-100 years.
You are being generous, it won't last that long lol

Look at how much concrete they used, unfortunately that thing is going to be standing for a very long time. The only hope is that the Stubbe's precast falls apart in the next 10-20 (likely, because Stubbe's is a joke of an organization with horrible quality materials), and they end up redoing the facade in glass or something....

lol. It’s not precast. It’s formed and poured on site. The facade is a combination of metal and glass.

I think I said it before, without a doubt this is the most solid building to be erected in the Hammer for some time .they must have had an incredible deal.

Just think about the exciting adjacent upcoming project Vrancor has coming up to the north of this one. Gonna be a beautiful block!
