It seems that rebuilding and integrating the Go station into the development is no longer part of the plan unfortunately.

That was a deal Vandyk made with Metrolinx. A deal you've correctly identified didn't seem to have been put on title and therefore didn't survive.

You may ask questions and share your comments after the presentations are completed.The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes a 55 and 51-storey mixed-use buildings with a total gross floor area (GFA) of 75,333 square metres including 237 square metres of retail GFA and a floor space index (FSI) of 20.8. The proposal provides 1,174 residential units, 108 vehicular parking spaces within a three level underground garage, 891 bicycle parking spaces and a 381 square metre POPS. Glad to see the Ontario Government is "serious" about the AODA.
They cant even adhere to their own accessibility timelines.
I wont what the completion date over here will be...2034? +/- a couple years.

I was just responding to the question about whether mimico station could be improved in the meantime. Metrolinx’ delivery on major projects/promises is atrocious, I agree with you, but at least the design is progressing.
To build a tunnel from Manchester St underneath a live rail with minimal cover, along with shafts for elevator to the platforms between active lines is an engineering challenge. Not an easy project to construct.
