Taken 30 December. Some really interesting spaces being created on the north side. And the parking lot looks like it will make a great party/3rd area.

Ahh … that little brick section at the back is just a glimpse of what this building could and maybe should have been.

No pix but it looks like the first occupants have just started moving in as tasteful blinds and stuff on the lower balconies has begun to appear as of 8 February.

Maybe this was a different building, I haven't seen any evidence of occupants.

Taken 20 February. Although harder to tell during the day there are peeps moving in and with 379 units they will have a great effect on this area!

How many retail spots are part of this building? The area needs a Shoppers or Rexall ASAP.

I believe 3 medium sized ones on Eastern plus about 10 live/work units on side streets.

the Shoppers/Rexall will likely go into a larger unit in the new Cherry House building on Front
