Thanks in advanceYes, everything below the first floor is concrete, then various other elements are concrete such as the elevator shaft. The rest of the structure is made from typical steel (where the loads require it) and then cold formed steel wall panels. CFS isn't the most common material but it's used with regularity in midrise construction.

Can they start electrical rough ins before the water proofing layer?The boards they're using are GlassRoc (white) and DenseGlass (yellow) branded exterior sheathing panels. They're moisture resistant but not water proof, you will see an additional water proofing layer applied ontop.
