2440 DUNDAS ST W PHASE 1​


Site Plan Control application for Phase 1 of 2400-2440 Dundas Street West, which consists of a 37-storey tower on a 3 storey podium (Tower A) and will include 447 purpose built rental units, 11 of which will be affordable units secured as in-kind contribution pursuant to Subsection 37(6) of the Planning Act. The existing grocery store will be re-located to the second floor of this building from its original location once constructed.

Site Plan Control application for Phase 2 of 2400-2440 Dundas Street West, which consists of two towers at 25 and 42 storeys on a 2-storey shared podium with 56 affordable rental units. Phase 2 also includes a new public park, a POPs and a surface easement vehicle and pedestrian access to the re-located Metrolinx Pick-Up Drop-Off at 2376 Dundas Street West.

Holy crap, a tower that A: HAS COLOUR?????? and B: ITS GREEEEEN??????!!??!?!? ALSO KNOWN AS THE COOLEST SHITTING COLOUR TO MAKE A BUILDING EVER!?!?!?!?!?!? AND PUBLIC REALM????? Whoever thought of this needs a raise.

...more importantly, I assume there will be some arrangement for riders to access Bloor Go now that their back parking lot entrance is proposed to be built over.
