The construction elevator looks like it's being dismantled, which is at least progress.

This single tower started November 2022... The design district started September 2023 with two towers, entering occupancy next month, with the third tower under construction. This is an insanely slow build. Darko must use the cheapest, slowest, most unreliable contractors... Like how are you still not done when you had an extra year of time... just ridiculously slow. And it doesn't look anywhere close to completion...

Quite a cluster of buildings. The stretch of King from Bay to Queen does feel busier than it used to for sure.
