Kudos to them too; I called them to provide respectful feedback about the third party contractors stopping in the bicycle lane, and I received a call back, and they were incredibly courteous and indicated they would speak to those responsible for keeping an eye on things.Honestly kudos to this team, as an initial property to plunk a 30 storey building down, I think it's a bit bold (especially when you have the James S property in your pocket). Hopefully they will get a great response on this one and that will propel the other.

Haven't seen it occur again in the intervening couple of weeks.If you see this, please take photos and either send them to me, or report it to by-law. Because the lane blockage is directly attributable to the development though, the city can usually fine the developer directly and it's more than the fine for parking in the bike lane because it's about site plan control.
