Confirming that there are no signs posted at the Esso or associated store regarding impending demolition or a notice of closure. I stopped by yesterday after work.
 
No permits have even been submitted here. Nothing is going anywhere soon.
 
...they even had a special on nothing burgers there. 😼

With the sudden closure of Whole Foods, you might just get your wish!

There are a lot of other businesses facing onto Bayview to consider though.

Tough call, should it stay or should it go go?

As Northern Light states, nothing is going anywhere soon.

Well, today I asked about the closing date for 1840 Bayview.

I was told it was to close last June but was delayed for a year.

Let’s see what happens in June 2026.

Seeing as it’s nearly June 2026, I must ask if there are signs of this gas station closing?

I no longer pop in on a semi regular basis, can someone please let us know? Merci
