Agreed. The church offers a lot to the local community.

There is still one of the townhomes that appears to be occupied. There's a car in the driveway, and a gap in the fence. I didn't see any posted notices about an impending closure at the Esso station. From this morning.

The Townhomes all have Demo Permits applied for, but not Issued.

The Esso Station does not have any demo permit applied for as yet.

Wow, they're newer than I thought. I'm really glad to see them demo'd. That being said, theres still way to many McMansions in this city. Or shlocky monsterous contemporary houses.
