Not every square foot of land has to be taken up by building. In addition not every building has to be 30 stories. Some variations in height is nice. The height of this one matches the building next door, which is nice.

Yep, second phase to be built when funding allows. There's no tenant parking, just car share and some visitor/staff.

This one turned out well. I am pleased that they went with a more muted colour pallet, too. It will help it age much better than the bright hyper-pixilated style that, thankfully, is just about behind us.

try 5x the height. They built 6 storeys here at the end of the day despite this site having 30-storey zoning permissions..

I already like this, simple affordable infill, but it will look much nicer once the trees are more mature.
