If they left that much density untapped they should be able to sell their unused to other local sites (more cash for city housing), and get some appropriate density in the hood.

Lighting is installed, looking a bit more finished. Looks a bit like October completion may have been optimistic, but perhaps November? Hoping for some decent public realm finishings, the lighting is fancy though. Looking good.

This was a photo of the vehicle blocking the sidewalk for by-law, but wanted to share here too. Getting very bear completion, I don't know what the interiors are looking like, but the exterior is nearly complete, they were installing further garden material this morning when I went by on my way to work. I'm hoping the trees in the renders are still part of the landscape plan here. Honestly, moderately happy with how it turned out. Wishing they had used 1 fewer colours though. I think 3 materials/colours is the maximum for good design unless you're going more ornate (which this obviously is not) and even then, less is often more:
