And it's still not completed! Any guesses why it's taking so long? The massive The Well project was built faster than this, I mean that quite literally.
 
If I had to guess, it could be due to lack of resources from the property owner to complete this on a consistent and timely manner. Which is a shame because I like the general scale and massing of this, and would like to see buildings like this replicated all along streets like Bathurst. There's also a few similarly troubled properties on Bloor between Christie and Dovercourt that I can think of, that also have issues with either completion or starting work.

I must disagree.

I take no issue w/the height; but this thing is an eyesore with a terrible grade experience.

You've got at least 3 doorways, and 2 vents, plus some gas piping all on the front of a really narrow building.

@Paclo can dig up an architect here, as I don't see any in the title.
