The Rhythm Apartment Building at Westgate shopping mall is the best designed building in the area. The suites are also very well laid out. A model to follow. Talisman across the street looks so "bleh" in comparison.

I'm a fan of the Talisman honestly. Contrasts well with the glassier Rhythm. Pretty satisfied with this particular cluster, though I wish they would have done something more interesting with the 70s slab's paint job.

The southern mid rise is topped and the front towers are on their 8th or 9th floor pour now.

Paneling is starting on the tower, its the same grey pre-cast as the first phase.
I don't think it is. It looks like light gray aluminum panels to me. Much snazzier.

I noticed some orange panels as well, so it looks like that detail made it through to the final product
