Yikes.

I'm trying to make sense of the listing. It says under bedrooms.. 1 is above grade and the other is below grade? Also says there are 3 bathrooms?

What about this unit makes it worth 5k a month. It looks like a dead standard renovation job that I would do for someone who wants to go a little beyond the minimum. Swing doors for closets.. black hardware.. I guess it has upgraded millwork/moldings/doors?

Granted I am not much for white marble and that's just my personal taste but that bathroom looks heinous.

I wish they would have capped these pillars with fluted edges or something and leaned a bit more into the Art Deco look.

Gotta say, not a fan at all of the interior. Way too sterile. $7.25 per square foot is also ridiculous but there's always going to be some suckers willing to pay for it, and at the end of the day more housing like this is usually beneficial for getting people from a higher income level out of more affordable units.

I can see how the finishes are a good step above the standard builder grade. Still very expensive for the size.

I may have been exaggerating slightly when I said "a little beyond minimum" but not by much. Cabinets are cabinets. Am I supposed to be impressed by the busy millwork?
