You don't see many tall buildings run to all the legal issues and drama The One has had.
Its really too bad because this developer does/did good work and seemed engaged with the communities where he built.

They were up in the air either redoing or assessing the blueskin on the spire this morning.

They seem to be installing new blue skin.

Progress photo. All the balcony glass is installed on the lower podium. As reported previously the lower part of the spire has new blue vapour barrier added. Difficult to tell of anything else. A bucket hoist was blocking the most northerly lane which was also closed off by pilons.

So pretty.
Not envying the guys who have to strip the old blue skin off. Looks like they got it back down to bare concrete.
