Looks like the finishes will be similar to the Hendrix, so hopefully it can come together nicely. Definitely looking like its going to be pretty different from the initial renderings.

Looking at the least glamourized rendering I could find, I think the balconies & roof on this one are going to be doing a lot of the heavy lifting on tying together the design. I'm still very optimistic at this stage

This is the new trend of stucco panels and used all over the city. I have an acquaintance who works regularly work with this.
What I'm curious with is how to make this panel more sheen than what it is at the moment. They come with a thin plastic protection that is removed once they are detected. I'm wondering if somehow the panels could be applied with an outer layer of polymer/plastic that will give it shininess? If that can be done, it is a game changer for highrises. On low-rise, you don't need it, but when you have a monolithic wal, it becomes too dull.

We have no choice of the outcome with the present panelings as to how it turns out. We found a medium for winter cities, and , now, we just need to perfect this medium.

The parks is very pronounced from the brewery district!
