I love that shit! Thanks! I’ve been dying to know the price tag on that building. So, $66M from the 2nd floor to the 36th. So one can safely assume that the parkade to the 2nd floor was +\- $15M? If that’s the case than it’s on par with “The Citizens’” price tag of $80M, but for 3 floors less than the Parks.

Not to mention the fact that lower levels likely have a ton of smaller bach/1bdrms squeezed in and so wall space would be at a premium for kitchens, baths, tv hanging spaces.

interesting, I have so many questions... that's only if the building wants to be certified? who determines that? the city? what about other buildings like Eleanor tower, or the View? those seem to have a good portion of glazing.

The feds establish the National Building Code------->province then sets or 'adopts' the Alberta Building Code.

Depends on your modelling, material use, overall building performance and design.
