It has impacted already to a barely recognizable zone from that shot. If Norquest had not been there as a landmark, no one would recognized that as 108st.

When this project is fully built out along with that stretch of Jasper ave. completed by the renewal project....it will do some serious wonders to the look and feel of an important area of downtown.

What they have currently is more than adequate for this portion of the project. If you were referring to the start of the second tower, the newly available bodies could commence that portion for sure.

Honestly don't think that will change much. GCs are more construction managers than anything and their number of actual skilled tradesmen/labourers are few relative to all of the subtrades onsite. They probably only have a site super, maybe 2-3 carpenters and a couple labourers if that. The rest is all just managing their subtrades and suppliers.

Although they may also want to tie up the sub-trades before they find another project as a focus.

Based on some of the recent photos, how are they building that 13 story link? They already have the building up to the ~7th floor already. You can see the shape of the building and balcony "cut-outs" on the south facing side where there's supposed to be the link.
