After walking around downtown Sunday morning I cannot believe how necessary this, and the Warehouse park projects are for the barren wasteland that is 106 street and 107 street between jasper ave and 104 Ave

^Yup, just need to get Edgar to move on their project, doesn't sound like Westrich wants to do anything for 10 years but maybe once they see the park developed it will speed up their plans.

It would be wise for all projects within a block of 102nd Avenue to coincide their development with both the WDP and the LRT construction to take advantage of the huge PR event that would unfold with a combined and coordinated completion date. That could potentially include six towers, not including those that will be announced in the three-year span from now until then. With the economic upswing that is headed Edmonton's way the short term looks rosy.
