What was the population of the central core 10-15 years ago? 3000? One development alone will be a 50% increase in how many people lived downtown barely over a decade ago.

I think it was more like 13,000? 3 seems very low. I'd think 104th ave has 2k+

It looks like the site works are just preliminary site prep ie. removing foundations and grading the site.
