Keep in mind the construction elevator was removed last week. I bet a lot of the interior fit out has already been completed. The big delay in installing the cladding makes this project look much further behind than it actually is.

There are often specific conditions attached to occupancy permits that allow some finishing conditions to continue after the Occupancy Permit has been granted. That said, I believe the exterior will be substantially completed by February, 2025

They must have copied the amenities list from another building 😄

Stopped by the sales centre today to get some info. A few notes:

-Parking spots are $195/mo
-No tandem spots available
-No guest parking

-Secure bike parking room
-Dog/bike wash available

-Fully pet-friendly, pets allowed in all common areas except gym (I thought this was a nice feature. At Mercury Block they allow pets in the suites but they are not allowed on the huge rooftop patio, which would be a great way to let your furry friends get some outside time)

-Show suite expected to be open end of January
-Move-ins expected starting in March

-Phase two is happening, construction to start in 2 years or so

Phase 2 being the connector? Or the next tower?

I really hope leasing is strong with this one and Phase 2 can somehow start a bit sooner - I feel like the second tower is going to be the most substantial tower built in the core since the construction of Encore.
Honestly with what we're seeing in the other new projects, leasing won't be a problem. I still think Phase II will start sooner. There doesn't seem to be a lack of people moving to the core at this rate, especially if we keep getting strong student inflows.
