A place called PB Tasty is opening up on Dundas, just west of Pacific Ave:

PB Tasty was "coming soon" for so long, but after 3 years, looks like the jig is up and their lease has been terminated as of this month. I have no retail experience but how exactly does this work? Valuable real estate but no actual business for 3 years? And it was an eyesore...wasted potential.

I will put this here but wonder if this area should be a neighbourhood? Anyways was walking home from work and noticed how big the podium is on this brick disaster. I wonder if there is enough room to demolish it and put up 2 towers at each end and better retail?

I know that many more knowledgeable than myself believe the owners to be clueless/uncooperative but considering its proximity to a very big new rail station I think they are holding out to maximize redevelopment potential. And this may be the time to propose 50-60s each. I would! 💰💰💰

A new boutique store called She Sells Sanctuary will be having their grand opening at 3039 Dundas Street West, this Thursday, November 7th:

While the Freshii at Dundas W & Quebec Ave is now closed with their signage seen coming down. This Twitter post mentioned Annette but it should actually be *Dundas

Live music venue and bar, 3030 Dundas Street West, is closing with their last day being on December 14th, 2024. A Mexican restaurant or Latin club may takeover the space after

Speaking of ⬆️ ... Famous Last Words closing the first week of January. Great little quiet spot where it was never seen as odd to show up alone and read a book for a few hours.

The options for a beverage after 6pm in the Junction are dwindling...good thing we have Doc's, which just celebrated its one year anni.

That's really unfortunate. I've had a good time at Famous Last Words before. Along with 3030, those are two character places that the Junction are losing.

sad .. love 30/30 ... drinks are reasonable and there is usually fun bands

Taken 19 January. I don’t know if this is The Junction or Little Malta but it is in the throes of upgrading and just starting to see larger development. Plus it is sort of the High Street for all of the peeps living in The Stockyards.
