The fact they’re building such a large concrete highrise in a greenfield area of St Albert seems wild to me - they just be expecting some hefty rents in their proforma to justify the high construction cost/sq ft compared to stick-frame.

This is a beast of a building. On my rides we occasionally go by it. But if you are in Lois Hole Park or on Ray Gibbons you see the mass.
