Feels like completing this bridge ahead of the rest of the phase is not a priority haha. Wish they could rushed to have had it open for meaningful use this Fall. Guess next Spring it is!

Just looks like the approaches on both sides need to be graded - I wonder if it’s just that the bridge deck needs to cure?

They still have 2.5 - 3 months to complete it. Im sure they’ll get it done. It was supposed to open at the end of the construction season, so it’s not like they’re behind schedule.

^not for paving... maybe 6 weeks, 8 best.

It's possible they'll get more, maybe in the 8-10 weeks range. Long term forecasts for the prairies in the winter indicate a relatively late start to the colder periods, and a relatively mild and below average snowfall until mid-December.

I didn't get a photo of it, but it looks like the railings are up on the new bridge over the creek running parallel to the Whitemud.
