If there is an upload and the province widens the Linc and RHVP, I think the QEW-RHVP interchange (along with Nikola Tesla and Centennial) likely needs a re-design. Not sure what the best configuration would be, but the combination of the low speed loop ramps and required weaving to merge/exit always causes backups due to the slow/heavy trucks that are common on both The RHVP and Nikola Tesla.
