If there is an upload and the province widens the Linc and RHVP, I think the QEW-RHVP interchange (along with Nikola Tesla and Centennial) likely needs a re-design. Not sure what the best configuration would be, but the combination of the low speed loop ramps and required weaving to merge/exit always causes backups due to the slow/heavy trucks that are common on both The RHVP and Nikola Tesla.

September 17 satellite images show construction has started on the Highway 3 Talbotville Bypass and freeway upgrade outside of St Thomas:

Th Bradford Bypass west portion is also now clearly visible due to expropriation and lack of cultivation - this component should see major construction works start next year.

Interesting. Looks like an ESA satellite taking pictures as it orbits. Pretty impressive resolution for a public satellite.
