I salute Enoch Cree for being a leader. Unlike the other developers who say: can't build concrete towers in Edmonton. Can't build hotels in Edmonton. Can't do nothing. They are showing the business community that if you build something unique, you can make things work.
Downtown needs a new big hotel - Doesn't need to be a JW. Watch many conferences end up going to Enoch because it will be a new and exciting facility. So much shortsightedness within the business community in the city.
I agree Enoch is a leader and those dithering about a new hotel downtown are short sighed. They will draw some events, but hopefully not to the detriment of downtown hotels. Someone going to a concert at Rogers is probably not going to be staying there.I salute Enoch Cree for being a leader. Unlike the other developers who say: can't build concrete towers in Edmonton. Valley Line West should have stopped at the River Cree instead of Lewis Farms.
