Those darn prefab trucks keep showing up.It’s neat to see a building with cladding right up to the newest floor.

The lighting layout originally proposed was rejected due to up-lighting. Those were removed but there are many exterior lights on this building that will be a first for Ottawa, until the complaints start piling in. Claridge caved into the Delta complaints for the Claridge Moon lighting.Yup. The balconies will give the building a unique top-heaviness to the whole project, even more so than Relevé.
It's too bad the lighting scheme they had planned was rejected but hope they'll be able to do something more than the usual (which is generally nothing outside, like, the PdV Marriott).
Looking forward to seeing it. We need more unique lighting. The lighting layout originally proposed was rejected due to up-lighting. Is Moon’s lighting fully shut off now then? Or just the side(s) facing the delta?Claridge caved into the Delta complaints for the Claridge Moon lighting.
