From Pat on RFC Community Discord, crane swap is underway.

A few more from yesterday.

New hammerhead crane is in. The blank walls on the 16th floor look pretty good. The 17th floor pool and hot tub is taking space from the 16th, so as I suspected, that floor will probably be mechanical and back of room stuff for the hotel.

Interesting how they managed the blank walls towards the north side, keeping the precast frames, but the windows replaced with dark pre-cast. Not a terrible way of doing it. Seems well in line with what BlueJay posted on page 2 of this thread.

That precast white is brighter in person than the photos show. On a sunny day at least.

So is post #17 the only idea we have of the current build? Be nice to see something other than an elevation drawing.

These may be the best/most accurate renderings we have, from Bluejay, post #23:

I guess the top half with the residential will be a bit more dynamic. Bottom half is very much hotel.
Yup. The balconies will give the building a unique top-heaviness to the whole project, even more so than Relevé.

It's too bad the lighting scheme they had planned was rejected but hope they'll be able to do something more than the usual (which is generally nothing outside, like, the PdV Marriott).
