If travelling outside of Canada, it is recommended that one get travel health insurance for everyone in the family.

Noticed that it is the same price no matter what country you visit. Yet it is known that mending a broken arm in USA would be more expensive than any country in Europe, for example. Shouldn't the travel insurance company charge different prices for different destinations? Shouldn't getting travel insurance to the USA be more expensive? It would cost the insurance company to pay a hospital bill in the States much more than a hospital bill in Italy.

Having a different rate for travel insurance to the States would be another reason to avoid the States for tourists.

Regardless of where I travel, I always get third party insurance above and beyond what my card offers.

I have the TD Visa Infinite Privilege, it's not a Centurion card but the insurance is still ok for some stuff.

A Quebec man says he is outraged after the U.S. Coast Guard accused him of fishing in American waters and then arrested him before putting him in a jail cell for nearly two hours.

...what is disturbing here, is that this boater alleges he was arrested by the US Coast Guard on our side of the border. Plausible denial here is that it's his word against theirs with no witnesses about...and who would be on an presumed less visited open body of water. But it does suggest in more remote areas of our country to stay as far from the US border as possible, let alone cross it...especially with the new found lawlessness by their authorities with something to prove under Trump. /bleh

To "flag" your GPS location on an iPhone, which typically means marking a specific point on a map for later reference or sharing, you can use the "drop a pin" feature in the Maps app. Alternatively, if you want to share your location with someone, you can use the "Share My Location" feature in Messages or the Find My app.

I suspect trying to get that type of data out of a DHS department would be motioned and lawyered into legal oblivion, if it is even subject to subpoena. If the person had GPS enabled on his own phone it would be a lot simpler.
