I was reading through UT and realized the Valhalla Village development in Etobicoke (project thread) is another partial prefab. The parts for the 30-storey tower and 11-storey mid-rise come from Modular Pre-cast Systems, a North York-based company with a factory in Bradford West Gwillimbury.
