I got occupancy in September 2024.

I still haven't gotten any details from the lawyer /builder if there are any changes to the maintenance fees.. that it's the same

Has anyone in the townhouses of block 9, 10, 11, or 12 received their notice of final closing yet. I am really needing the information of when final closing will be. The builder has not communicated to me

I just received notice today via email, that final closing is Jun 24, for Building B.

Our unit at Building B final closed yesterday.
New maintenance fee $0.87 /sq ft, much higher than expected.
Anyway, grateful congratulations to everybody for a smooth closing!
