I know, it's crazy.

I just got occupancy yesterday, and I had to give 12 months of post dated cheques for the occupancy fees.

They are advertising No occupancy period on the remaining units it seems. So it's possible that final closing may be soon.
 
Does anyone know if we have hard / soft water at the townhouses ? Has anyone install a water softener in their unit ?

Heard that final closing for Building A and some townhouses have started; any news for Building B?
 
Did the builder send technicians to check your smoke alarm this week ? Did they give you advance notice or ask you for consent before coming into your unit unannounced ?
